The Breast Screening Nurse is present to offer advice, support and information to women and their relatives as appropriate. If you wish to speak to a Breast screening Nurse ahead of your appointment please call us on 01582 497594
Confirms your details (as per your appointment letter) and collates your paperwork ready for the radiographer.
All our Radiographers and Assistant Practitioners are female and are here to support you through your breast screen. They have all undertaken specialist training in mammography.
Some of our Radiographers have extended roles and are able to offer advanced clinical skills within the assessment clinic.
